Adsorption by molecular sieves allows oxygen to be enriched in the gas phase, exits the outlet for storage in an oxygen buffer tank, and the adsorbed molecular sieve in the other column is rapidly decompressed, the adsorbed components are resolved, and the two columns alternate By recycling, cheap oxygen with a purity of >90% can be obtained. The automatic valve switching of the entire system is controlled automatically by a computer. Working principle After the air is compressed by the air compressor, it is dusted, degreased, dried, and then entered the air tank. After passing through the air inlet valve and the left air inlet valve, it enters the left adsorption tower. The pressure of the tower rises, and the nitrogen molecules in the compressed air are adsorbed by the zeolite. Molecular sieve adsorption, the unadsorbed oxygen passes through the adsorption bed, enters the oxygen storage tank through the left production valve and the oxygen production valve. This process is called left suction and lasts for tens of seconds. After the left suction process is completed, the left adsorption tower and the right adsorption tower are connected through a pressure equalizing valve, so that the pressures of the two towers are equalized. This process is called pressure equalization and the duration is 3 to 5 seconds. After the pressure is equalized, the compressed air enters the right adsorption tower through the air inlet valve and the right inlet valve. The nitrogen molecules in the compressed air are adsorbed on the zeolite molecular sieve. The enriched oxygen passes through the right gas valve and the oxygen gas valve to enter the oxygen storage tank. Cans, this process is called right suction and lasts for tens of seconds. In order to completely release the nitrogen released from the reduced pressure in the molecular sieve to the atmosphere, the oxygen is purged through a normally-opening blowback valve to the desorption adsorption tower and the nitrogen in the tower is blown out of the adsorption tower. This process is called backblowing, and it is simultaneous with desorption. After the right suction is completed, the pressure equalization process is performed, and then the process is switched to the left suction process and the process continues until the high purity product oxygen is continuously produced.
