Full liquid air separation process description
Liquid air separation equipment usually refers to the air separation equipment that directly produces liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen products, which generally does not produce or produce a small amount of gas products.
In order to obtain a large number of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen products, there are two methods: one is to produce gaseous products first, and then use liquefaction device to liquefy the gaseous products according to the needs, which has relatively high energy consumption; the other is to produce liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen products directly using liquid air equipment, which has lower energy consumption compared with the former, and the liquid air separation equipment from the process.
